Squat: * Press big toe down. * Squat straight down knees out. * Maintain brace all the way throughout. * Push into ground and push back into bar.
Bench: * Unrack by driving legs and lifting hips up. * Squeeze shoulders blades down and back. Tight armpits. * Constantly driving legs. * Lower bar down while pulling chest up to bar and driving elbows down like rowing the bar in and squeezing shoulder blades down.
Deadlift: * Lift hips and chest up at same time. Open up chest. Keep looking down. Don’t lift head up. * Slowly drive into ground and then fully explode. * Maintain brace * Drive hips through and squeeze glutes.
